WE ARE SO HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE SAFELY OPENING OUR DOORS TO ROUTINE EYE CARE ONCE AGAIN – WE’VE MISSED YOU!
We wanted to let you know that we’re still your same local optique you’ve grown to love – we just look a little different for now! Here’s what precautions we have taken to ensure the safety of both our staff and patients:
→ Developed standardized screening protocols based on CDC guidance to ensure the health and safety of staff and patients.
→ Exams are by appointment only and we are limiting the number of patients in the showroom at a time, ensuring the ability to maintain proper social distancing.
→ COVID-19 Questionnaire performed on every patient – both at time of booking as well as upon entering the office.
→ Temperature checks also performed upon entering the office. Anyone with a temperature of over 100 degree F will be rescheduled.
→ Ample availability of hand sanitizer as well as access to (3) handwashing stations equipped with disinfecting soap. We kindly ask you to use one of the above immediately upon entering the office.
→ All patients, staff, and guests will wear a mask. We will happily provide a mask to anyone who needs one.
→ All equipment and inventory are being properly disinfected between any and all contact.
→ We kindly ask for you to attend your appointments alone if at all possible (exceptions will be made in the case of a minor or special needs patient – please limit to one parent or guardian).
→ Please fill out your paperwork online prior to coming to your appointment. You will receive an email with instructions as to how to do so upon making your appointment – if not received, please reach out to the office prior to arriving. This will limit both contact and time spent within the office.
→ Utilizing touchless payments. No cash will be accepted at this time.
Please, please, please – if you do not feel well, have a fever, or suspect that you have had any exposure to the COVID-19 virus, please do not come in. We will happily reschedule as soon as you are in the clear. Let’s all do our part in keeping each other safe!
